~. <br />c ~~147 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,550 FROM <br />THE BUSINESS CONSORTIUM FOR ARTS SUPPORT AND APPROPRIATING <br />SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY .2017 GRANTS FUND FOR GENERAL OPERATING <br />SUPPORT FOR THE PORTSMOUTH ART AND CULTURAL CENTER. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts a grant in the amount of $10,550 from the Business <br />Consortium for Arts Support and appropriates said amount in the FY 2017 Grants Fund for <br />general operating support for the Portsmouth Art and Cultural Center. <br />2. That no local match is required for the funds. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2017 Grants Fund <br />Budget are increased by $10,550. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 12, 2016. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
