~,~;~~~ ~ ~T 2 01.6 - 3 8 <br />•.,~ <br />~.~. <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER $173,000 WITHIN THE FY 2015-16 <br />GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING <br />SECURE DETENTION PLACEMENT SERVICES UTILIZED BY THE <br />JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it authorizes the transfer of $173,000 within the FY ZO15-16 General <br />Fund Operating Budget to fund secure detention placement services utilized by the <br />Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. <br />2. That the source of the transferred funds shall be unexpended non- <br />departmental salary line items in the FY 2015-16 General Fund Operating Budget. <br />3. That this ordinance shall take. effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 14, 2016. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
