•..2nD.~b .== 3.7 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER $326,000 WITHIN THE FY 2015-16 <br />GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING <br />STATE-MANDATED CHILDREN'S SERVICES ACT (CSA) SERVICES FOR <br />AT-RISK YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it authorizes the transfer of $326,000 within the FY 2015-16 General <br />Fund Operating Budget to fund state-mandated Children's Services Act (CSA) services <br />for at-risk youth and their families. <br />2. That the sources of the transferred funds shall be unexpended non- <br />departmental salary line items in the FY 2015-16 General Fund Operating Budget and <br />unexpected revenue from a land sale. <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 14, 2016. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
