~x l~~~ ~` ~~' ~ 2015-19 <br />4 ~tt ~~~ `i~j ua a~; <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE FY 2014-15 BEHAVIORAL <br />HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND AN ALLOCATION OF FUNDS IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $26,822 RECEIVED FROM THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF <br />BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES FOR USE TO <br />ASSIST WITH PURCHASING NEW AND UPDATED TELECOMMUNICATION <br />EQUIPMENT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $26,822 in the FY 2014-15 <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund. <br />2. That the source of the appropriation is an allocation of funds by the <br />Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services for use by the <br />Portsmouth Department of Behavioral Healthcare Services to purchase new and updated <br />telecommunication equipment. <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2014-15 Operating Budget and in the <br />FY 2014-15 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund are increased by $26,822. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on April 14, 2015. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
