(c) The City Manager or his/her designee shall establish such additional rules <br />and regulations as he or she shall deem necessary for the safe, sanitary, orderly, and <br />efficient operation of city-owned or city-operated piers, wharves, docks, landings, and <br />other similar water-related or water-dependent facilities. <br />(d) Any vessel operated, anchored, or moored in violation of (b) or (c) above <br />may be removed from such city facility at the direction of the City Manager or his/her <br />designee. The owner of any vessel so removed shall pay all removal and storage costs for <br />the vessel prior to its return. <br />(e) (Municipal pools shall be regulated under the provisions of Chapter 25 of <br />this Code). <br />date). <br />2.
