~~ i 17 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $197,159.36 OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM INCOME AND $17,810 OF HOME INVESTMENT <br />PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM INCOME AN1b APPROPRIATING SAID <br />AMOUNTS IN THE FY 2015-16 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts $197,159.36 of Community Development Block <br />Grant Program Income and $17,810 of HOME Investment Partnerships Program Income <br />and appropriates said amounts in the FY 2015-16 Community Development Program. <br />2. That the funds so appropriated shall be used to support the activities in the <br />existing Annual Action Plan. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2015-16 Community <br />Development Program are increased by $214,969.36. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on November 24, 2015. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
