201µ576a„ <br />AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE PORTION OF TYRE NECK <br />ROAD LOCATED BETWEEN ERIC STREET AND FAWKES STREET TOTED G. <br />THOMAS WAY. <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Marc A. Thomas, Sr. to change the name <br />of the portion of Tyre Neck Road located between Eric Street and Fawkes Street to Ted G. <br />Thomas Way; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia that the portion of Tyre Neck Road located between Eric Street and Fawkes Street be <br />renamed and known as Ted G. Thomas Way. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on <br />November 10, 2015. <br />
