<br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TRANSFERS WITHIN THE FY 2015-16 <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND OF $325,000 FROM THE JUDICIAL <br />FACILITIES IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, $125,000 FROM THE CHILDREN'S <br />MUSEUM ELEVATOR PROJECT, AND $350,000 FROM THE HVAC <br />KEPI-ACEMENT 1846 COURTHOUSE PROJECT TO THE 801 WATER <br />STREET PROJECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That the sum of $325,000 be transferred from the FY 2015-16 Capital <br />Improvements Fund Judicial Facilities Improvements Project (Project 18707) and <br />appropriated within said Fund for the 801 Water Street Project (Project 14415). <br />?. That the sum of $125,000 be transferred from the FY 2015-16 Capital <br />Improvements Fund Children's Museum Elevator Project (Project 14115) and <br />appropriated within said Fund for the 801 Water Street Project (Project 14415). <br />~, That the sum of $350,000 be transferred from the FY 2015-16 HVAC <br />Replacement 1846 Courthouse Project (Project 16808) and appropriated within said Fund <br />for the 801 Water Street Project (Project 14415). <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virgilua at a meeting held <br />on October 27, 2015. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
