~~~ t _20,1. 4 ~: <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FUNDING FROM THE VIRGINIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENTAL <br />SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000 AND APPROPRIATING SAID <br />AMOUNT IN THE FY 2015-16 BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES <br />FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING A CRISIS INTERVENTION TEAM <br />PEER SUPPORT POSITION. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts $50,000 in funding from the Virginia Department of <br />Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and appropriates said amount in the FY <br />2015-16 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund. <br />2. That the funds shall be used by the Department of Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services to fund a Crisis Intervention Team Peer Support position. <br />3. That no local match is required for the funds. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2015-16 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund Operating Budget are increased by $50,000. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on October 13, 2015. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
