.: 201,5.-63 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FUNDING FROM THE VIRGINIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENTAL <br />SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $33,622 AND APPROPRIATING SAID <br />AMOUNT IN THE FY 2015-16 BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES <br />FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING COST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENTS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts $33,622 in funding from the Virginia Department of <br />Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and appropriates said amount in the FY <br />2015-16 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund. <br />2. That the funds shall be used to offset the salary increase previously <br />authorized upon adoption of the City's FY 2015-16 Budget. <br />3. That no local match is required for the funds. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2015-16 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund Operating Budget are increased by $33,622. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on October 13, 2015. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
