2014-67 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,550 FROM <br />THE BUSINESS CONSORTIUM FOR ARTS SUPPORT AND APPROPRIATING <br />SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2014-15 GRANTS FUND FOR THE OUTDOOR <br />SCULPTURE COMPETITION AND EXHIBITION AT THE PORTSMOUTH <br />ART AND CULTURAL CENTER. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts a grant in the amount of $10,550 from the Business <br />Consortium for Arts and appropriates said amount in the FY 2014-15 Grants Fund to <br />support the Outdoor Sculpture Competition and Exhibition at the Portsmouth Art and <br />Cultural Center. <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2014-15 Operating Budget and in the <br />FY 2014-15 Grants Fund are increased by $10,550. <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 26, 2014.. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
