~ ~ ,014-63 ~. <br />ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $286,185 <br />FROM THE DONATIONS FUND TO THE FY 2014-15 OPERATING BUDGET <br />AND APPROPRIATING $1,162,886 IN THE FY 2014-15 GENERAL FUND AND <br />$10,000 IN THE FY 2014-15 SOCIAL SERVICES FUND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby authorizes the transfer of $286,185 from the Donations <br />Fund to the FY 2014-15 Operating Budget and appropriates $1,162,886 in the FY 2014- <br />15 General Fund and $10,000 in the FY 2014-15 Social Services Fund. <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2014-15 General Fund are increased by <br />$1,162,886, and in the FY 2014-15 Social Services Fund by $10,000. <br />That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 12, 2014. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
