<br />AN ORDINANCE TO REALIGN FY 2013-14 CLASSIFICATION FUNDING FOR <br />THE PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOLS OPERATING BUDGET AND TO <br />TRANSFER THE SUM OF $378,935 FROM THE OTHER FUNDS-SCHOOL <br />ACTIVITIES FUND PORTION OF THE FY 2013-14 EDUCATION FUND TO <br />THE INSTRUCTION CLASSIFICATION OF THE FY 2013-14 EDUCATION <br />FUND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That the City Council authorizes the transfer of $378,935 in the FY 2013- <br />14Education Fund from the Other Funds-Schools Activities Fund portion of the FY <br />2013-14 Education Fund to the Instruction classification of the General Fund portion of <br />the FY 2013-14 Education Fund. <br />3.
