~~a # 20~ .-54 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER $696,727 FROM THE DONATIONS FUND TO <br />THE FY 2014 GENERAL FUND, $6,602 FROM THE DONATIONS FUND TO <br />THE FY 2014 SOCIAL SERVICES FUND, AND $6,712 FROM THE DONATIONS <br />FUND TO THE FY 2014 GOLF FUND AND TO APPROPRIATE $696,727 IN <br />THE FY 2014 GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET, $6,602 IN THE FY 2014 <br />SOCIAL SERVICES FUND OPERATING BUDGET, AND $6,712 IN THE FY <br />2014 GOLF FUND OPERATING BUDGET. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby authorizes the transfer of $696,727 from the Donations <br />Fund to the FY 2013-14 General Fund, $6,602 from the Donations Fund to the FY 2013- <br />14 Social Services Fund, and $6,712 from the Donations Fund to the FY 2013-14 Golf <br />Fund and appropriates $696,727 in the FY14 General Fund Operating Budget, $6,602 in <br />the FY14 Social Services Fund Operating Budget, and $6,712 in the FY14 Golf Fund <br />Operating Budget. <br />2. That estimated revenues are increased by $696,727 in the FY14 General <br />Fund Operating Budget, $6,602 in the FY14 Social Services Fund Operating. Budget, and <br />$6,712 in the FY14 Golf Fund Operating Budget. <br />3.
