~~ , 201,4-53 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTIONS 10-112 AND 10-117 OF CHAPTER 10 <br />OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) <br />PERTAINING TO THE VOTING PLACES FOR PRECINCT NO. 29 AND <br />PRECINCT N0.34. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That Sections 10-112 and 10-117 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia (2006) be amended and reordained to read as follows: <br />Sec. 112. Precinct No. 29. <br />The voting place for Precinct No. 29 shall be St. Andrew's United_Methodist <br />Church at 5615 Portsmouth Boulevard. <br />Sec. 10-117. Precinct No. 34. <br />The voting place for Precinct No. 34 shall be the Churchland Branch Library at <br />4934 High Street West. <br />2. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 24, 2014. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
