+',~ 1.~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER IN THE AMOUNT OF $96,200 <br />FROM THE FY 2013-14 SOCIAL SERVICES FUND TO THE FY 2013-14 <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO PURCHASE AND <br />INSTALL REPLACEMENT NETWORK SWITCHES AND RELATED <br />EQUIPMENT IN THE SOCIAL SERVICES BUILDING. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby authorizes the transfer of $96,200 for the FY 2013 Social <br />Services Fund to the FY 2013-14 Capital Improvement Fund and appropriates said <br />amount in the FY 2013-14 Capital Improvement Fund. <br />2. That the funds will be used to purchase and install replacement network <br />switches and related equipment in the Social Services Building. <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2013-14 Capital Improvements Fund <br />are increased by $96,200. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 10, 2014. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
