<br />ORmMANCE NO.2.0l.3,-45 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $759,357 IN THE FY 2013-14 CITY <br />GARAGE FUND FOR OPERATING COSTS AND REVENUE FOR THE <br />PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOLS VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br />CONTRACT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED b y the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of$759,357 is hereby appropriated in the FY 2013-14 City <br />Garage Fund for operating costs and revenue for the Vehicle Maintenance Services <br />Contract with the Portsmouth Public Schools. <br /> <br />2. That the source of the monies appropriated is the monthly services fee of <br />$63,279.75 to be paid by the Schools pursuant to the Contract. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2013-14 Operating Budget and in the <br />FY 2013-14 City Garage Fund are increased by $759,357. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 10, 2013. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
