<br /> <br />OROlMANCE HOl2}~~. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,550 FROM <br />THE BUSINESS CONSORTIUM FOR ARTS SUPPORT AND APPROPRIATING <br />SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2013-14 GRANTS FUND FOR THE OUTDOOR <br />SCULPTURE COMPETITION AND EXHIBITION AT THE PORTSMOUTH <br />ART AND CULTURAL CENTER. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby accepts a grant in the amount of $1 0,550 from the Business <br />Consortium for Arts and appropriates said amount in the FY 2013-14 Grants Fund to <br />support the Outdoor Sculpture Competition and Exhibition at the Portsmouth Art and <br />Cultural Center. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2013-14 Operating Budget and in the <br />FY 2013-14 Grants Fund are increased by $10,550. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 10,2013. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
