<br />. ,..~UJ^ \lP[ UnZ013- 40 <br />U"UO,N1bL nu.~ .~."'j~~~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) BY AMENDING SECTION 25-91.2 AND <br />APPENDIX A THEREOF TO ELIMINATE THE ADMISSION FEE FOR THE <br />NEIGHBORHOOD FACILITY SPLASH PARK. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That Section 25-91.2 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia <br />(2006) be amended and reordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 25-91.2 Admission fee for the Splash Park at the Neighborhood Facility. <br /> <br />There shall be no fee for admission to the Splash Park at the Neighborhood <br />Facility. <br /> <br />2. That Appendix A of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) <br />be amended by repealing the per visit fee of $2.00 for the Neighborhood Facility Splash <br />Park. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall be deemed to have taken effect on July 13,2013. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 13,2013. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
