<br />UROINANCE NOl91'i~~8w~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $298,796 IN THE FY 2013-14 GENERAL <br />FUND IN MONIES RECEIVED FROM THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION FOR ROAD MAINTENANCE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $298,796 in the FY 2013-14 <br />General Fund in monies received from the Virginia Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />2. That the appropriated funds shall be used by the City's Engineering <br />Department for road maintenance projects. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2013-14 Operating Budget and in the <br />FY 2013-14 General Fund are increased by $298,796. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 23,2013. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
