<br />ORDINANCE NOa 401~-36 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $182,500 FROM. THE <br />OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY OF THE SUPREME COURT OF VIRGINIA <br />AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2013-14 GRANTS FUND FOR USE <br />BY THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH ADULT DRUG <br />TREATMENT COURT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby accepts a grant in the amount of $182,500 from the Office of the <br />E?{ecutive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia and appropriates said funds in the FY 2013-14 <br />Grants Fund. <br /> <br />2. That the grant funds shall be used by the Portsmouth Circuit Court for the Adult Drug <br />Treatment Court. <br /> <br />3. That no matching funds are required for the grant. <br /> <br />4. That the FY 2013-14 Operating Budget and estimated revenues in the FY 2013-14 <br />Grants Fund are increased by $182,500. <br /> <br />5.
