<br />HHDlt4/\NCf NO. 2013-3~ <br /> <br />. ~'*"W~"""",,~.";r""~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $3,000,000 IN THE FY 2012-13 HEALTH INSURANCE <br />FUND. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $3,000,000 in the FY 2012-13 Health <br />Insurance Fund. <br /> <br />2. That the sources of the appropriation are (i) $2,3000,000 from the unappropriated <br />Fund balance in the FY 2012-13 Health Insurance Fund and (ii) $700,000 from the unappropriated <br />Fund balance in the FY 2012-13 General Fund. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2012-13 Health Insurance Fund are increased by <br />$3,000,000. <br /> <br />4.
