That Section 27-7 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) <br />be amended by the adoption of new subsection (11) to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 27-7. Fees; police services and documents. <br /> <br />Fees as set forth in Appendix A to this Code are established for the following <br />police administrative services and documents: <br /> <br />(11) Concealed handgun permit. <br /> <br />2. That Appendix A of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) <br />is amended to establish a police administrative fee to process a concealed handgun permit <br />as follows: <br /> <br />CHAPTER 27. POLICE <br /> <br />Code <br />Sec. <br /> <br />Description <br /> <br />Fee <br /> <br />27-7(11) <br /> <br />Concealed handgun permit <br /> <br />$35.00 <br /> <br />3.
