LlII \) . 1'~''- -,1' o_,___~~.... <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 19-150(1) OF CHAPTER 19 AND <br />APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA <br />(2006) TO ESTABLISH OR MODIFY ADMISSION FEES FOR THE <br />CHILDREN'S MUSEUM OF VIRGINIA. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That Section 19-150(1) of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia <br />(2006) be amended and reordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 19-150. Museum admission fees. <br /> <br />The daily fees as set out in Appendix A to this Code shall be charged for <br />admission to city museums for the following: <br /> <br />(1) Children's Museum of Virginia: <br />a. Regular admission <br />Children less than two years of age <br />Children 2 to 17 years of age <br />Adults <br />Military with ID, seniors (62 years of age and older), AAA members <br /> <br />b. Group: Portsmouth Public Schools students. <br /> <br />c. Reserved. <br /> <br />d. Group: Per person, self-guided tour. <br /> <br />e. Additional fees: <br />With either Focus Program or Planetarium Program. <br />With both Focus Program and Planetarium Program. <br /> <br />2. That the fees set out in Appendix A of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia (2006) for Section 19-150(1) are amended as follows: <br /> <br />CHAPTER 19.
