<br />[UU]iNi\N~;E <br /> <br />2 0 1~2 4 <br />._~~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $165,670,818 FOR <br />THE OPERATION OF THE PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOLS DURING THE <br />FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2013, AND APPROPRIATING SAID FUNDS BY <br />CLASSIFICATIONS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1.
