<br />n rU\U,MrC~U' 2013.,.25 <br />\IRu~,"\l'h)L 'jU._W"==""","-'~;' <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) TO INCREASE FEES FOR AMBULANCE <br />SERVICES AUTHORIZED BY CHAPTER 13 OF SAID CODE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That certain fees set out in Appendix A of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) for Section 19-150(1) are amended as follows: <br /> <br />CHAPTER 13. FIRE PROTECTION AND PREVENTION <br /> <br />Code <br />Sec. <br />13-74 <br />13-74(2) <br /> <br />Description Fee <br /> <br />Emergency incident response and ambulance <br />transport with basic life support services $ 430.88 <br /> <br />13-74(4) <br /> <br />Emergency incident response and ambulance <br />transport with advanced life support Level 1 <br />services $ 511.19 <br /> <br />13-74(5) <br /> <br />Emergency incident response and ambulance <br />transport with advanced life support Level 2 <br />servIces $ 739.88 <br /> <br />13-74(7) <br /> <br />The fee for ground transport mileage shall be <br />$ 8.79 per loaded mile in addition to the <br />service charges set out in subsections (1) through <br />(6) of this section. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1,2013. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on May 14,2013. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
