<br />! t;lD1UAllI't un 2013-,58 <br />Ull "1Nlbt ""~ - 1 .. .> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN ADDITIONAL $59,839.28 OF COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM FUNDS, $10,056 OF <br />CDBG PROGRAM INCOME, AND $118,087 OF HOME INVESTMENT <br />PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM INCOME AND APPROPRIATING SAID <br />AMOUNTS IN THE FY 2013-14 COMMUNITY PLANNING AND <br />DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia; <br /> <br />1. That it accepts an additional sum of $59,839.28 in Community <br />Development Block Grant funds, $10,056 of program income in the Community <br />Development Block Grant Program, and $118,087 of program income in the HOME <br />Investment Partnerships Program and appropriates said amounts in the FY 2013-14 <br />Community Planning and Development Program. <br /> <br />2. That the funds so appropriated shall be used to support the activities in the <br />existing Annual Action Plan. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2012-13 Operating Budget and in the <br />FY 2013-14 Community Planning and Development Program are increased by the total <br />sum of$187,982.28. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on November 12, 2013. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
