<br />~. <br /> <br />(g) The facility shall be operated in accordance with the plan approved by the <br />Director of General Services to store handle and remove trash garbage on <br />site. <br />(h) The facility shall be open to all required inspections by the City Fire <br />Prevention Bureau Public Health Department and Building Official This <br />shall include an initial inspection prior to the opening of the business and <br />annual inspections thereafter. <br />(i) The facility shall comply with the Statewide Building Code and all other <br />applicable codes ordinances and regulations of federal state and local <br />governments all required licenses and permits shall be obtained and <br />maintained in effect. <br />G) All taxes and fees owed or collected in connection with the subject <br />property and operations shall be paid when due. <br />(k) The operation of the child care center shall be limited to the first floor of <br />the educational wing of the church. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on May 22,2012. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
