<br />(d) Permitted vendors shall request a decal prior to March 31 st of each year.. Upon <br />paying an administrative tracking fee the vendor will be issued a decal with a vendor's number. <br /> <br />(e) Each year mobile vendors will be required to pay the administrative tracking fee. A <br />vendor coming into the system for 6 months or less will pay the full fee. <br /> <br />(f) Decals shall be clearly visible to the public on the push-cart and on the front right <br />side of the vehicles bumper for mobile trucks. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.1-27. Commissary. <br /> <br />(a) Commissary means a catering establishment, restaurant, or any other place in which <br />food, food containers, or supplies are kept, handled, prepared, packaged, or stored for distribution to <br />satellite operations. Mobile food facilities shall operate only from a commissary which possesses a <br />valid Public Health Department permit. <br /> <br />(b) A Commissary Agreement is required and must be signed by the owner or operator <br />of the facility being used as a commissary. <br /> <br />(c) <br />servlcmg. <br /> <br />Mobile food facilities shall report, at least daily, to such location for all cleaning and <br /> <br />Sec.15.1-28 Mobile Food Facilities Selling Packaged Foods. <br /> <br />Only food that is prepared and packaged in individual servings and beverages that are not <br />potentially hazardous need not comply with those requirements for water, sewage, nor with those <br />requirements for cleaning and sanitizing equipment if the required cleaning can be done at the <br />commissary. <br /> <br />Sees. 15.1-29--15.1-30. Reserved. <br /> <br />ARTICLE III. BED AND BREAKFAST ESTABLISHMENTS AND GROUP HOMES <br /> <br />Sec. 15.1-31. Application. <br /> <br />This article shall apply to bed and breakfast establishments and group homes. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.1-32. Definitions. <br /> <br />Bed and breakfast means an operation that prepares and offers food only to guests, is owner <br />occupied, the number of available guest bedrooms does not exceed six, breakfast is the only meal <br />offered, and the number of guests served does not exceed 18. <br /> <br />Group home means a private or public institutional housing facility that provides living quarters and <br />meals for 12 or fewer recipients. <br />
