<br />ORDINANCE MO. 2011-~_4 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-II-01 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Urban Residential UR and <br />Preservation/Government PG the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment <br />Number Z-II-O 1, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as <br />Urban Residential-Master-Planned Overlay UR-MPO-K (Conditional), and that said <br />property is hereby zoned as Urban Residential-Master-Planned Overlay UR-MPO-K <br />(Conditional ), <br /> <br />2.
