<br />ORDINANCE NO. ~o ~_~:.:..: . <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,550 FROM THE BUSINESS <br />CONSORTIUM FOR ARTS SUPPORT AND APPROPRIATING SAID FUNDS IN THE FY2011-12 <br />GRANTS FUND FOR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF MUSEUMS IN SUPPORT OF THE 2012 <br />OUTDOOR SCULPTURE EXHIBIT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth that: <br /> <br />1. The City Council accepts a grant in the amount of$10,550 from the Business Consortium <br />for Arts Support and appropriates said funds in the FY 2011-12 Grants Fund. <br /> <br />2. The grant funds will be used by the Department of Museums in support for the 2012 <br />Outdoor Sculpture Exhibit. <br /> <br />3. The required 100% match will be made from the monthly Concert in the Courtyard Series, <br />proceeds from the sale of art on exhibit, and adonation from the Seawall Art Show. <br /> <br />4. Estimated revenues in the FY 2011-12 Grants Fund are increased by $10,550. <br /> <br />5. This ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on September <br />27,2011. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
