<br /> <br />C''!l['' ~110 2 0 1. 9;;. ..~ 1..._ 5. <br />'I. lt~~~~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE REPROGRAMMING OF $3,075,000 IN <br />THE FY 2009-2010 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FROM PROJECT <br />#13009--HOLIDAY INN SITE REDEVELOPMENT TO A NEW CAPITAL <br />PROJECT FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS <br />RELATED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE SEAWALL BULKHEAD <br />ALONG CRAWFORD PARKWAY. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby authorizes the reprogramming of $3,075,000 within the FY <br />2009-2010 Capital Improvements Fund from Project #13009-Holiday Inn Site <br />Redevelopment to a new capital project for the design and construction of improvements <br />related to the replacement of the Seawall Bulkhead along Crawford Parkway <br /> <br />2. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on March 9,2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
