<br />OJlDINAt~CE <br /> <br />"..2.01.Q:-14", <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FY 2009-2010 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROGRAM BY ESTABLISHING A NEW PROJECT #91310 (JAMES HURST <br />ELEMENTARY SCHOOL GYMNASIUM) AND APPROPRIATING THE SUM <br />OF $74,847.34 TO THE 2009-2010 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND FROM <br />THE FY 2009-2010 GENERAL FUND UNDESIGNATED, UNRESTRICTED <br />FUND BALANCE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the FY 2009-2010 Capital Improvements Program is amended to <br />establish a new Project #91310 (James Hurst Elementary School Gymnasium). <br /> <br />2. That the Council appropriates the sum of $74,847.34 in the FY 2009-2010 <br />Capital Improvements Fund from the FY 2009-2010 General Fund Undesignated, <br />Unrestricted Fund Balance to be used for said Project. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2009-2010 Capital Improvements Fund <br />are increased by $74,847.34. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on February 23, 2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
