<br /> <br />ORDINANCE HO. 2010 - ~ 1. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER $2,000,000 FROM THE FY 2009-10 GENERAL <br />FUND UNDESIGNA TED AND UNRESERVED FUND BALANCE TO THE FY <br />2010-11 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $2,000,000 is transferred from the FY 2009-10 General <br />Fund undesignated and unreserved fund balance to the FY 2010-11 Capital Improvement <br />Fund. <br /> <br />2. That the appropriated funds shall be used to substitute $2 million in cash <br />funding for previously approved bond funding in the FY 2010-11 Capital Improvement <br />Plan. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2010-11 Capital Improvement Fund are <br />not changed by this appropriation. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on November 23,2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
