<br />ORDINANCE NO. 2010-:90 <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE FY 2010-11 <br />BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND ADDITIONAL FUNDS IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $12,416 ALLOCATED BY THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT <br />OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES TO THE <br />PORTSMOUTH DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES <br />TO PURCHASE MEDICATIONS FOR INDIGENT SEVERELY MENTALLY <br />ILL INDIVIDUALS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $12,416, allocated to the <br />Portsmouth Department of Behavioral Healthcare Services by the Virginia Department of <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services, in the FY 2010-11 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund. <br /> <br />2. That the subject funds shall be used by the Department of Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services to purchase medications for mentally ill individuals. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2010-2011 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund are increased by $12,416. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on November 23,2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
