<br />oaDINANCE ..2010-:-~9 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) PERTAINING TO CERTAIN GOLF FEES <br />AT BIDE-A-WEE GOLF COURSE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the fees authorized under Section 25-l48(b) of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) and set out in Appendix A thereof for play at Bide-A-Wee <br />Golf Course be amended and re-ordained to include the following new or amended fees: <br /> <br />Bide-A-Wee Golf Course <br /> <br />Monday/Thursday Special for <br />active and retired military, police and fire <br />personnel, City of Portsmouth employees, <br />and Seniors (Incl. Cart) <br /> <br />$ 28.00 <br /> <br />Winter Special: Dec.-Mar.--Unlimited play' <br />(Greens fees only) <br /> <br />$300.00 per period <br /> <br />2. <br />and effect. <br /> <br />That all other fees at Bide-A-Wee Golf Course shall remain in full force <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That this Ordinance shall take effect on August 15,2010. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 10, 2010 <br />
