<br />OROIIWG 110.2010 -68.. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT FROM THE BUSINESS <br />CONSORTIUM FOR THE ARTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,550 AND <br />APPROPRIATING SAID FUNDS IN THE FY 2010-2011 GRANTS FUND FOR <br />USE BY THE PORTSMOUTH MUSEUMS FOR THE OUTDOOR SCULPTURE <br />COMPETITION AND EXHIBITION AT THE COURTHOUSE GALLERIES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby accepts a grant in the amount of $10,550 from the Business <br />Consortium for the Arts and appropriates said funds in the FY 2010-2011 Grants Fund. <br /> <br />2. That no City matching funds are required as a condition of the grant. <br /> <br />3. That the grant will be used by the Portsmouth Museums for the <br />development, installation and programming for the Outdoor Sculpture Competition and <br />Exhibition at the Courthouse Galleries <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 10,2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
