".._~~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE IN THE FY 2010-2011 BEHAVIORAL <br />HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND THE SUM OF $30,284 ALLOCATED BY THE <br />VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FOR <br />PART C PROGRAM FUNDING TO BE SPENT BY SEPTEMBER 30, 2010. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $30,284 in the FY 2010-2011 <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund. <br /> <br />2. That the source of the appropriation shall be funds in an equal amount <br />received from the Virginia Department of Behavioral Healthcare Services. <br /> <br />3. That the funds shall be used for Part C program funding and shall be spent <br />by September 30,2010. <br /> <br />4. That estimated revenues in the FY 2010-2011 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund are increased by $30,284. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 27, 2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
