<br /> <br />.... onn.Y'UIC-..-20,1 O. -..6c6- <br />UI\~' . 1 I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,000 IN THE FY 2010-2011 GENERAL <br />FUND FROM ASSET FORFEITURE FUNDS RECEIVED FROM THE <br />VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE SERVICES TO FUND <br />TWO PART -TIME RECEPTIONIST POSITIONS IN THE <br />COMMONWEAL TH'S ATTORNEY'S OFFICE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $25,000 is appropriated in the FY 2010-2011 General <br /> <br />Fund. <br /> <br />2. That the source of said appropriation shall be a transfer of $25,000 from <br />the FY 2010-2011 Donations Fund-Commonwealth's Attorney Asset Forfeiture <br />Account to the FY 2010-2011 General Fund which is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />3. That said appropriation shall be used to fund two part-time receptionist <br />positions in the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office. <br /> <br />4. That estimated revenues in the FY 2010-2011 General Fund are increased <br />by $25,000. <br /> <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 27,2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
