<br />DROIN.,.. 201 Q-6 5 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $182,500 <br />FROM THE OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY OF THE SUPREME <br />COURT OF VIRGINIA AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY <br />2010-2011 GRANTS FUND FOR USE BY THE THIRD JUDICIAL CIRCUIT <br />COURT FOR THE PORTSMOUTH ADULT DRUG TREATMENT COURT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby accepts a grant in the amount of $182,500 awarded by the <br />Office of the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia and appropriates said <br />funds in the FY 2010-2011 Grants Fund. <br /> <br />2. That no local matchingJunds are required as a condition for the award. <br /> <br />3. That the grant funds shall be used by the Third Judicial Circuit Court for <br />the Portsmouth Adult Drug Treatment Court. <br /> <br />4. That estimated revenues in the FY Grants Fund are increased by $182,500. <br /> <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 27,2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
