<br />- -. f'mn.atWl'r IIft~OTO=T64.. <br />~~ "'~.~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $150,000 IN THE FY 2010-2011 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR REPAIRS TO THE EFFING HAM 'FIRE <br />STATION. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $150,000 in the FY 2010-2011 <br />Capital Improvement Fund. <br /> <br />2. That the source of said appropriation is a negotiated settlement in the <br />matter of City of Portsmouth v. Cedarquist Rodriguez Ripley, P.C. <br /> <br />3. That the appropriated funds shall be used for repairs to the Effingham <br />Street Fire Station resulting from settlement. <br /> <br />4. That estimated revenues in the FY 2010-2011 Capital Improvement Fund <br />are increased by $150,000. <br /> <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 27,2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
