<br />oaDIRANCEII,o 1 O~ 7 -'-.. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) TO DECREASE MONTHLY RATES FOR <br />TRASH AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND TO REDUCE ESTIMATED <br />REVENUES IN THE FY 2010-2011 WASTE MANAGEMENT FUND 'BY $884,000. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the trash and garbage disposal rate for dwelling units established in <br />Appendix A of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) be amended and <br />reordained as follows: <br /> <br />Code Section <br />16-31 <br /> <br />Description <br />Rates for dwelling units, <br />per dwelling unit, per month <br /> <br />Fee <br />$38.09 <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2010-2011 Waste Management Fund <br />are reduced by $884,000. <br /> <br />3.
