<br />IRDltWCEIIO..2 0 1 0.-5 6 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE FY 2010-2011 GENERAL FUND <br />THE SUM OF $382,320 IN ADDITIONAL REVENUE RECEIVED FROM THE <br />COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA FOR SALARIES FOR EMPLOYEES OF <br />THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND OF THE COMMONWEALTH'S <br />ATTORNEY. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $382,320 in additional revenues restored by the <br />Commonwealth of Virginia is appropriated in the FY 2010-2011 General Fund. <br /> <br />2. That said funds shall be used for salaries for employees of the <br />Commonwealth's Attorney and of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2010-2011 General Fund are increased <br />by $382,320. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 22, 2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
