<br /> <br />.:In,,.AW''f un, 2010-47 <br />U~~.. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,500 IN THE FY 2009-2010 <br />BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND IN MONIES RECEIVED <br />FROM THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND <br />DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES TO BE USED BY THE PORTSMOUTH <br />DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FOR <br />POSTPARTUM CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $7,500 allocated by the Virginia Department of <br />Behavioral Health and Developmental Services in federal Block Grant funding to the <br />Portsmouth Department of Behavioral Healthcare Services is appropriated in the FY <br />2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund. <br /> <br />2. That said funds shall be used to fund postpartum case management <br />services for the period between April!, 2009 and March 30, 2010. <br /> <br />3. That no local match is required in order to obtain said funds. <br /> <br />4. That estimated revenues in the FY 2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund are increased by $7,500. <br /> <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on May 25,2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
