<br />ORDINANCE 1112 ON~~4 ~.-.,. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $3,000 IN THE FY 2009-2010 <br />BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND IN MONIES RECEIVED <br />FROM THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND <br />DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES TO BE USED BY THE PORTSMOUTH <br />DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FOR CERTAIN <br />INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $3,000 allocated by the Virginia Department of <br />Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to the Portsmouth Department of <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services is appropriated in the FY 2009-2010 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Func,i. <br /> <br />2. That said funds shall be used by the Portsmouth Department of Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services for one-time only residential start up costs for individuals with <br />intellectual disabilities who have received Medicaid Home and Community Based <br />Waiver slots. <br /> <br />3. That no local match is required in order to obtain said funds. <br /> <br />4. That estimated revenues in the FY 2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund are increased by $3,000. <br /> <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on May 25,2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
