Ta~.P.a!'cel No. 0116.~Q.8~ ALL THOSE certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in Port Norfolk, in the City of Portsmouth, State of Virginia, and being known, numbered and designated as Lots Numbers Fourteen Hundred Four (1404), Fourteen Hundred Five (1405) and Fourteen Hundred Six (1406) on the plat entitled "Port Norfolk", which said plat is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake (formerly Norfolk County), Virginia in Map Book 4, pages 70 and 71. PARCEL VI Tax Parcel No. 0176-0030 ALL THOSE certain lots of land situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and being all those certain tracts or parcels of land lying across the alley and to the west of lots numbered fourteen hundred and one (1401), fourteen hundred and two (1402) and fourteen hundred and three (1403), and the northern one-half of lot number fourteen hundred (1400), said lots or parcels of land extending westward to the west line of the property formerly belonging to the Port Norfolk Company, and being more particularly shown on the plat of the Port Norfolk Land Company, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake (formerly Norfolk County), Virginia in Map Book 4, pages 70 and 71; and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west side of the alley west of Douglas Avenue distant one hundred and eighty (180) feet north from the northwest Intersection of the alley with Cleveland (formerly Fourth) Street; as in existance prior to the closing of Cleveland Street, and from thence running north along the alley one hundred and forty (140) feet; thence west and parallel with Cleveland Street extended thirty-eight (38) feet; thence south one hundred and forty (140) feet, more or less; thence east and parallel with Cleveland Street extended thirty-seven and five-tenths (37.5) feet to the point of beginning. PARC.E~!LIax ParceUi.Q~.Q176-0080 ALL THOSE certain lots or parcels of land, situate in the City of Portsmouth, State of Virginia, and known and designated as all of lots numbered fourteen hundred and one (1401), fourteen hundred and two (1402) and fourteen hundred and three (1403) and the northern one-half of lot number fourteen hundred (1400) on the plat of the Port Norfolk Land Company, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake (formerly Norfolk County) in Map Book 4, pages 70 and 71, and bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a point on the west side of Douglas Avenue distant one hundred and eighty (180) feet north from the northwest intersection of Douglas Avenue and Cleveland (formerly Fourth) Street, and from thence running north along Douglas Avenue one hundred and forty (140) feet; thence west and parallel with Cleveland Street one hundred and forty (140) feet to an alley; thence south along said alley one hundred and forty (140) feet; and thence east and parallel with Cleveland Street one hundred and forty (140) feet to the point of beginning. SA VE AND EXCEPT THEREFROM that parcel of land conveyed by the School Board of the City of Portsmouth to Portsmouth Partners of Virginia, a Virginia General Partnership, by deed dated July 11, 1996 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia in Deed Book 1175, page 1659.
