PARCEL III Tax Parcel No. 0376-0020 ALL THAT certain tract, piece or parcel of land, situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the intersection of the northeastern boundary line of the property formerly known as Project VA-44086 (Barlow Place) conveyed by the United States of America to Foundation Boys Academy, Incorporated, by deed dated February 28, 1956, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court (formerly Court of Hustings) of the City of Portsmouth in Deed Book 293, page 64, with the south line of Detroit Street, and from thence running S 480 37' E along said boundary line of said property, 688.84 feet to a point; thence S 60 19' W still along said boundary line 147.20 feet to a point; thence N 37022' W 561.34 feet to a point; thence N 450 48' W 223.13 feet to the point of beginning; said parcel containing 1.17636 acres, more or less. PARCEL IV Tax Parcel No. 0176-0080 ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and known, numbered and designated as lot numbered Fourteen Hundred and Seven (1407) on the plat of Port Norfolk, duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake (formerly Norfolk County) in Map Book 4, pages 70 and 71; the said lot fronting forty (40) feet on the west side of Douglas Avenue and extending back a uniform width of forty (40) feet a distance of one hundred and forty (140) feet to an alley.
