<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />File No: 091034383 <br /> <br />THIS CONVEYANCE IS MADE SUBJECT TO a Deed of Easement from the Foundation Boys <br />Academy, Inc. to The School Board of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia by deed dated February <br />11, 1958 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia <br />in Deed Book 318, page 500 being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point <br />in the boundary line between the properties of the parties hereto, which point of beginning is <br />found by beginning at the intersection of the School Board property and the south side of Detroit <br />Street and running thence South 440 42' 15" E 223.13 feet to a point continuing along the <br />boundary line between the parties hereto South 370 5' E 364.47 feet to a point, which is the point <br />of beginning, and running thence South 410 23' West 213.59 feet to a point on the north side of <br />Wallace Circle; thence easterly along the north side of Wallace Circle 15 feet; thence North 410 <br />23' E 213.59 feet to the southern line of the property of Portsmouth School Board; thence west <br />along Portsmouth School Board property 15 feet to the point of beginning.
