<br />OR <br /> <br /> <br />lO..m2.-1~} <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE FY 2009-2010 BEHAVIORAL <br />HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND THE SUM OF $89,670 RECEIVED FROM <br />THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEAL TH AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AL SERVICES FOR USE BY THE PORTSMOUTH <br />DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FOR <br />MEDICA TIONS FOR SEVERELY MENT ALL Y ILL INDIVIDUALS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of$89,670 allocated to the Portsmouth Department of <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and <br />Developmental Services is appropriated in the FY 2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund are increased by $89,670. <br /> <br />3. That said funds shall be used to purchase medications for severely <br />mentally ill individuals. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on November 24,2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
