<br />onOINA <br /> <br />11ft 2o-~110 <br /> <br />flU............. ...~' <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REALLOCATE WITHIN THE FY 2009-2010 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND THE SUM OF $1.25 MILLION FROM THE HOLIDAY <br />INN SITE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT (#13009) TO THE SEAWALL <br />REINFORCEMENT PROJECT (#18307) TO FUND EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO <br />THE ELIZABETH RIVER SEAWALL. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $1.25 million previously appropriated in the FY 2009- <br />2010 Capital Improvements Fund for the Holiday Inn Site Redevelopment Project <br />(#13009) be reallocated within said Fund to the Seawall Reinforcement Project (#18307) <br />to fund emergency repairs to the Elizabeth River Seawall. <br /> <br />2. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council ofthe City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on November 10,2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
